I grant Crafted Motion (and its clients, licensees, and assigns) the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use video footage and photographs in which I appear, in whole or in part, in any medium, for editorial, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes, including with alterations or retouching. I agree that my image may be used without attribution and without implying any personal endorsement. I further agree that my likeness may be used to represent a fictional person, and that no accompanying text or messaging shall be attributed to me personally unless my name is explicitly used. I waive all claims against Crafted Motion and its clients arising from any such use.
